•We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. If there is a delay for any reason, we will let you know by email. During peak times (public holidays, promotions, black friday & christmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you than the time frames listed above.
• Orders made after 12pm (GMT) on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (Excluding bank/public holidays).
• UK orders won't show tracking updates inbetween transit. Only International orders are trackable inbetween transit.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
• Please write the full address in English and provide your telephone number at checkout.
• All international orders outside the UK are subject to customs, import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination. We ship on the basis of Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).This means that the recipient will be responsible for all customs, import duties and sales taxes that may apply locally to the purchase.

COVID-19 UPDATE (04/01/21):
All orders are shipping as usual. Around 85% of parcels are arriving on time at the moment. Postmen are trying their best to deliver on time, however, there may be slight delays due to Covid-19.
With Bling is happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding pierced earrings for hygiene reasons) within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please complete the returns form so we can process your request swiftly.
• Eligible UK returns are free of charge. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for any International orders. International customers will need to send any unwanted items back at their own expense. Custom duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
• Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. We will only email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
• Any redeemable gifts with purchase items must be included when returning an order for a full refund. Any promotions that were used with purchase will be taken into account.
