With Bling is happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding pierced earrings for hygiene reasons) within 30 days of purchase. Pierced earrings are earrings that go through an actual piercing hole (examples: earrings, barbells, labrets, curved barbells, huggies, hoops and clickers).
ALL RETURNS MUST BE:
• Purchased from withbling.com (not other stockists)
• In brand new, unused condition with no signs of use or damage
• In its original packaging (jewellery box, unless part of the order is being returned) that it came with
• Returned with any redeemable gifts issued with purchase for a full refund
Should the returned item(s) not meet the above return terms and conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return request and have the item(s) sent back to customers. Shipping charges may apply and will be borne by the customer.

Eligible UK orders have FREE tracked returns. Please fill out the Returns Form above and we will email you a free returns postage label with further instructions to complete your return.
Unfortunately, International orders are not currently free of charge, but we are working on it. International customers will need to send back any unwanted items that are eligible for return back at their own expense. Original shipping fees, custom duties and import taxes are non-refundable. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Upon receiving your parcel, we will inspect that it is eligible for a refund. If approved, your cost of goods, minus delivery charges (exceptions may apply) will be processed and reimbursed to the original method of payment.
We will process your refund within 2-5 working days of receipt. The transaction process may take another 3-7 working days depending on the original method of payment.
We will not email you upon receipt of your return. We will only email you to confirm that the refund has been processed.
Please Note: All returned parcels must include a note inside with your Full Name and Order Number. Otherwise, it will take longer to process and in some circumstances will not be processed at all.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual Returns Policy.
