RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns of eligible unwanted items within 30 days of delivery.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Have been purchased directly from withbling.com.
- Be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with no signs of use or damage.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Include any redeemable or promotional gifts received with the purchase, where applicable.
- If purchased as part of a set or bundle, be returned as the complete set or bundle.
Sale and discounted items can also be returned, provided they meet the return requirements above.
RETURN EXCLUSIONS
For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercing jewellery cannot be returned. This applies to jewellery and accessories designed to be worn through or used with a piercing, including earrings, barbells, labrets, curved barbells, huggies, hoops, clickers, piercing bars, taper tools and nose studs.
Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Items purchased as part of a set or bundle cannot be returned individually. If eligible for return, the complete set or bundle must be returned and meet our return requirements.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Before returning an item, please complete our Returns Form and wait for approval and return instructions from our Customer Care Team. Please do not send your return before receiving these instructions.
Once your return has been approved, package the item securely and follow the return instructions provided by our Customer Care Team.
RETURN POSTAGE
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage of eligible unwanted items. This applies to both UK and international returns.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed, as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost in transit on their way back to us.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received, we will check that it meets our return requirements. If approved, we aim to process your refund to your original payment method within 2 working days. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Original delivery charges are not normally refunded for returns made under our 30-day returns policy. Where required by applicable consumer law, the cost of our standard delivery service will also be refunded. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, any additional delivery cost will not normally be refunded.
Once your refund has been processed, please allow an additional 3–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If your return does not meet our return requirements, we may be unable to accept it. If the item needs to be returned to you, you will be responsible for the additional delivery cost.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or an item is missing from your order, please complete our Returns Form as soon as possible.
Please provide your order details and select the reason that best describes the issue. We may ask you to provide clear photographs or videos of the item, packaging or parcel so that our Customer Care Team can investigate.
Please do not return any items before receiving instructions from us. If the issue is our responsibility and a return is required, we will cover the appropriate return postage.
Our Customer Care Team will review the information provided and contact you with the next steps and available resolution.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size or style, you can place a new order for your preferred item and return the original item for a refund, provided it is eligible for return and meets our return requirements.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercing jewellery cannot be returned, including where the wrong size has been ordered.
If you've ordered the wrong labret post length or gauge, you do not need to repurchase the whole item. We sell spare labret bars separately in a range of sizes for compatible internally threaded jewellery.
