DUTIES & TAXES
Australia, Hong Kong, Isle of Man, New Zealand, Singapore, USA, UK
Import duties and taxes are included at checkout for customers in these countries, so there will be no additional import duties or taxes to pay upon delivery. If you are asked to pay additional import charges by mistake, please do not reject the parcel. Instead, contact us with the details and we will assist you further.
Other International Destinations
All other international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery, which are payable by the customer. As these charges vary by country, we are unable to advise on the exact amount.
If a parcel is refused or returned to us as unclaimed because import duties or taxes have not been paid, we will process a partial refund once the parcel has been returned to us. The outbound delivery cost and any additional return charges incurred may be deducted from the refund, including where the order originally qualified for free delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery may take longer during peak periods or due to circumstances outside of our control, including postal or courier delays, adverse weather and customs clearance.
- Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
- Orders are generally sent via Royal Mail. In some circumstances, we may use an alternative courier to provide a more reliable or efficient delivery service.
- If you choose a designated safe place or make alternative delivery arrangements directly with the courier, please ensure that the location is secure.
- Orders containing multiple items will be packaged together unless separate packaging is requested on the cart page.
