EU Countries*

For orders under £135, there will be no additional costs (import duties or taxes) upon delivery. If you are asked to pay extra charges by mistake, please do not reject the parcel. Instead, contact us with the details and we will assist you further.

Orders above £135 may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery, payable by the customer. As these charges vary by country, we are unable to advise on the exact costs. If you refuse delivery to avoid duties/taxes, we will issue a partial refund once the order is returned to us. The refund will exclude the original shipping cost (£6.95) and a £3 processing fee to cover handling.

NOTICE

Due to new regulations introduced on 13th December 2024, we are currently unable to ship orders to Northern Ireland or the EU.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if your order is placed before 1pm (GMT) Mon - Fri. Orders placed after this period will be dispatched on the next working day.
• Working days are Monday to Friday. Public holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (strikes, weather, volume, traffic, etc) will not count as a working day.
• During peak times (public holidays, promotions, Black Friday & Christmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you than the listed time frames.
• Indicated shipping time frame is an approximate number of working days an order takes to deliver from the dispatch date, it is not a date guaranteed service unless specified.
• Some orders may require a signature.
• Some orders may be shipped via different couriers, ensuring a more reliable and faster delivery service.
• We do not take responsibility for orders left outside the address when the customer is not in to receive the parcel or when a customer has indicated a safe place for the parcel to be left.
• All orders with multiple items will be packaged in the same box unless separate boxes are requested on the cart page.
