RETURNS

With Bling is happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding pierced earrings for hygiene reasons) within 30 days of purchase. Pierced earrings are earrings that go through an actual piercing hole (examples: earrings, barbells, labrets, curved barbells, huggies, hoops and clickers).

Eligible UK orders have FREE tracked returns. Please fill out the Returns Form above and we will email you a free returns postage label with further instructions to complete your return.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately, International orders are not currently free of charge, but we are working on it. International customers will need to send back any unwanted items that are eligible for return back at their own expense. Original shipping fees, custom duties and import taxes are non-refundable. CARING

Remove your jewellery if there is a chance of getting wet; showering, swimming, exercise that makes you sweat.
Put your plated pieces on after your beauty routine to minimise exposure to hairspray, creams and make-up, and don’t let them come in contact with cleaning or household chemicals.
Give your pieces a clean before putting them away, as tarnish can develop during storage if there’s lingering oils or other substances on the surface.
Always store your jewellery individually to avoid scratches in a cool, dark place away from extreme temperature or bright sunlight.

CLEANING

Avoid using cleaning chemicals and jewellery polishing cloth on plated pieces, as they can wear your plating. Instead use a soft, lint free cloth to gently rub the surface.

Brilliant

Great service not a great product

Unfortunately the gem had come unscrewed and is now lost 3 days after product arrived.

I got the 6mm labret for my tragus, should have gone for for 8mm as its still a bit swollen but for now the flower part fits onto my 10mm bar, will swap it out for the shorter one when the swelling has completely gone. Love love love the flower though. Just what I wanted

Pretty Earring

Just what I wanted to replace an earring for a helix piercing. Delicate and pretty. Thank you.

Pretty but doesn’t fit

Undeniably pretty, but the post is way too thick to fit my lobe piercing.
My daughter also tried to fit to her lobe piercing and struggled, so sadly we can’t wear these earrings.

It looks like you have selected the 16 gauge post meaning that the post thickness is 1.2mm thick. This is thicker than traditional butterfly back style earrings that have a 20 gauge post. Luckily this piercing is interchangeable and the bars can be swapped around (regardless of original bar type, gauge, length purchased). We have sent some instructions to your email as to how you can change the bars around.
