If a parcel is refused or returned to us as unclaimed because import duties or taxes have not been paid, we will process a partial refund once the parcel has been returned to us. The outbound delivery cost and any additional return charges incurred may be deducted from the refund, including where the order originally qualified for free delivery. We accept returns of eligible unwanted items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Have been purchased directly from withbling.com.
- Be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with no signs of use or damage.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Include any redeemable or promotional gifts received with the purchase, where applicable.
- If purchased as part of a set or bundle, be returned as the complete set or bundle.
Sale and discounted items can also be returned, provided they meet the return requirements above.
RETURN EXCLUSIONS
For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercing jewellery cannot be returned. This applies to jewellery and accessories designed to be worn through or used with a piercing, including earrings, barbells, labrets, curved barbells, huggies, hoops, clickers, piercing bars, taper tools and nose studs.
Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Items purchased as part of a set or bundle cannot be returned individually. If eligible for return, the complete set or bundle must be returned and meet our return requirements.

Silver hoops These are lovely, put them in straight away & I've just left them don't feel them at all when sleeping which is what I wanted, they look & feel good quality & the fastening does 'click ' so you know they are secure. I would highly recommend.

Perfect little earrings. I have been looking for a pair of dainty neutral Huggies for my seconds for a while. These are a perfect size at 8mm. Not too close to the ear and not too tangly. Stack well with a stud or Huggie in my firsts. Not too chunky. I would love another pair of 6mm for my thirds.
These are titanium with a gold plate. No irritation and very comfortable to sleep in. Wearing on holiday next week so also needed waterproof without discolouration.
