All other international orders will be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery, payable by the customer. As these charges vary by country, we are unable to advise on the exact costs.If you refuse delivery to avoid duties/taxes, we will issue a partial refund once the order is returned to us. The refund will exclude the original shipping cost (£10.95) and a £3 processing fee to cover handling.

RETURNS
With Bling is happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding pierced earrings for hygiene reasons) within 30 days of purchase. Pierced earrings are earrings that go through an actual piercing hole (examples: earrings, barbells, labrets, curved barbells, huggies, hoops and clickers).

Eligible UK orders have FREE tracked returns. Please fill out the Returns Form above and we will email you a free returns postage label with further instructions to complete your return.
INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately, International orders are not currently free of charge, but we are working on it. International customers will need to send back any unwanted items that are eligible for return back at their own expense. Original shipping fees, custom duties and import taxes are non-refundable. I really love this piece, it’s very delicate and pretty. I used it in my conch with a 12mm. However, I will say that putting it in was quite difficult, I did have to get a friend to help me bend the hoop in my ear as it is not a click rather just it slots into place! Perhaps having some instructions before would be helpful! Other then that I really love it :)
